Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 1 may 2023-cü il tarixli Fərmanı ilə işğaldan azad edilmiş ərazilərdə istehsal fəaliyyəti ilə məşğul olan sahibkarlara 2023-cü il yanvarın 1-dən etibarən 10 il müddətində hər ay istehlak olunan kommunal xidmətlərin (elektrik enerjisi, təbii qaz, su təchizatı və tullantı sularının axıdılması xidməti) tariflərinə uyğun

olaraq ödədikləri vəsaitin 20% məbləğində dövlət büdcəsinin vəsaiti hesabına maliyyə yardımı ödəniləcək.

Bununla yanaşı, Fərmana əsasən Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti sözügedən maliyyə yardımının ödənilməsi qaydasını 15 gün müddətində Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti ilə razılaşdırmaqla təsdiq edəcək.

According to the Presidential Decree dated May 1, 2023, entrepreneurs engaged in production activities in the liberated territories will be provided with financial assistance from the state budget in the amount of 20% of the amount they pay in accordance with tariffs for consumed communal services (electricity, natural gas, wastewater disposal service) every month from January 1, 2023, for a period of 10 years.

Additionally, according to the Decree, the Cabinet of Ministers will approve the procedure for payment of the mentioned financial assistance by agreeing with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within 15 days.

Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisinin 4 aprel 2023-cü il tarixli Qanunu ilə “Azərbaycan Respublikası Hökuməti ilə Monteneqro Hökuməti arasında hava əlaqəsi haqqında” Saziş təsdiq edilib.

Bu Saziş iki ölkə arasında hava nəqliyyatının yaradılması və həyata keçirilməsi məqsədi daşıyır; həmçinin Azərbaycan və Monteneqro vətəndaşlarının qarşılıqlı səfərlərini asanlaşdırmaq və hər iki ölkə arasında turizm və mədəni əlaqələri inkişaf etdirmək məqsədi daşıyır.

Bu Qanun 1 may 2023-cü il tarixində qüvvəyə minmişdir.

By the Law of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 4, 2023, the Agreement on air transport between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of Montenegro has been approved.

This Agreement aims to establish and implement air transport between the two countries; to facilitate mutual trips between the citizens of Azerbaijan and the citizens of Montenegro and to develop tourism and cultural relations between the countries.

The Law entered into force on May 1, 2023.

Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisinin 4 aprel 2023-cü il tarixli Qanunu ilə “Azərbaycan Respublikası ilə Yaponiya arasında gəlirlərə görə vergilərə münasibətdə ikiqat vergitutmanın aradan qaldırılması və vergidən yayınmanın qarşısının alınması haqqında” Konvensiya təsdiq edilib.

Bu Qanun 1 may 2023-cü il tarixində qüvvəyə minmişdir.

By the Law of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 4, 2023, the Convention between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Japan for the elimination of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and the prevention of tax evasion and avoidance has been approved.

This Law entered into force on May 1, 2023.
