Qayda Prezidentinin 2023-cü il 2 avqust tarixli Fərmanı ilə təsdiq edilmişdir və bərpa olunan enerji mənbələrinin ərazisində elektrik enerjisi istehsalçısının seçilməsi qaydasını, habelə istehsalçı ilə bağlanılan müqavilələrin xüsusiyyət və şərtlərini, eləcə də bərpa olunan enerji mənbələrinin ərazisində elektrik enerjisi istehsalçısının seçilməsi zamanı zəmanətli tariflərin formalaşdırılması meyarlarını müəyyən edir.

The Rule was approved by a Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 2 August 2023 and determines the procedure for selecting an electric energy producer in a renewable energy sources area, as well as specifics and terms of

contracts with the producer and criteria for the formation of guaranteed tariffs at the time of the selection of the electric energy producer in the renewable energy sources area.
