Azərbaycan Respublikasının Əmək Məcəlləsində dəyişiklik edilməsi haqqında 24 Oktyabr 2023-cü il tarixli Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununa əsasən sınaq müddətinin tətbiqi şərtlərinə dəyişiklik edilmişdir. Belə ki, dəyişikliyə əsasən altı ay müddətinədək bağlanılmış əmək müqavilələri üçün ən çoxu iki həftə, digər əmək müqavilələri üçün isə ən çoxu üç ay sınaq müddəti müəyyən edilmişdir.

As per the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 24 October 2023 “On Amendments to the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, the amendments have been made to the terms of the trial period. Herewith, the trial period shall not exceed 2 weeks for the labor contracts concluded for up to six months whereas such period shall not exceed three months for other labor contracts.

24 Oktyabr 2023-cü il tarixli 1012-VIQD nömrəli Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu ilə “Dövlət rüsumu haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununa dəyişiklik edilmişdir. Buna əsasən, hüquqi və fiziki şəxslərə arxiv arayışlarının, arxiv sənədlərindən çıxarışların, arvix sənədlərinin təsdiq olunmuş surətlərinin sürətləndirilmiş qaydada verilməsinə görə dövlət rüsumu ləğv edilmişdir.

Bu dəyişiklik 13 Noyabr 2023-cü il tarixindən qüvvəyə minmişdir.

By the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1012-VIQD dated October 24, 2023, the Law "On State Duty" of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been amended. Based on this amendment, the state duty for the expedited issuance of archival references, extracts from archival documents, certified copies of archival documents to legal and natural persons have been canceled.

This amendment has entered into force on

November 13, 2023.
